FOR PRODUCTS MADE OF ALPACA FIBER

Thanks to the natural self-cleaning power of alpaca fiber, the products rarely need to be washed. Any odors will disappear on their own if you hang or leave them in the fresh air overnight. However, if a wash cycle is still unavoidable, we recommend that you:
Hand wash with lukewarm water (cold water makes the fiber hard, hot water causes it to shrink). Use baby shampoo sparingly so that the natural protective film of the fiber is not destroyed.
Move the garment slowly in the water and avoid kneading it firmly.
Finally, rinse thoroughly under running water at the same temperature (make sure that the water temperature is the same, otherwise there is a risk of a so-called cold shock and pilling nodules may appear).
Finally, do not wring, brush or rub, just lay it down and let it dry or squeeze it out carefully with a towel.
Please avoid: dryer, clothesline, radiator, strong sunlight. When storing your clothes, you should remember that it is best to always store them lying down and on top of the clothes pile.
You can also protect your products from moth infestation by airing the clothing regularly. The addition of lavender sachets and cedarwood scent has also proven to be very helpful.
